1. Shipping Locations
- We deliver to all locations within India
- International shipping is currently not available
2. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on eligible orders
3. Order Processing
- Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed without delay, subject to operational capacity
4. Delivery Time (General Products)
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on location
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics or external factors
5. Food & Grocery Delivery (Cut-off & Same-Day Clause)
For food and grocery items:
Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 hour during active delivery slots
Dispatch Slots (All 7 Days)
- Morning Slot: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Evening Slot: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Same-Day Delivery (Within Kolkata)
- Orders placed within active slots are eligible for same-day delivery in Kolkata
- Orders placed outside slot timings will be delivered in the next available slot
Outside Kolkata
- Delivery timeline: 2–7 days, depending on:
- Distance from our Kolkata fulfilment hub
- Logistics partner availability
- Other operational factors
6. Digital Services (Dilisu Pay)
For services under Dilisu Pay:
- Orders are processed within 5 minutes
- Completion depends on third-party provider systems and policies
This includes providers such as:
- Reliance Jio
- Bharti Airtel
- Sun Direct
- Tata Play
- Alliance Broadband
- Wishnet
- CESC Limited
- West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited
7. Order Tracking
We provide an order tracking facility based on our logistic partner's provided data.
- Tracking details will be shared via SMS/email once shipped
- You can track your order from the order details page.
8. Undelivered Orders
- Delivery will be reattempted if unsuccessful
- If still undelivered, the order may be returned, and our team will contact you
9. Damaged, Incorrect, or Delayed Orders (Refund Alignment)
Damaged / Incorrect Items
- Report within 48 hours with proof (photos/videos)
Delayed Fresh / Grocery Orders (Important Clause)
If a food or grocery order is eligible for same-day delivery (within Kolkata):
- Is significantly delayed beyond the committed delivery slot, or
- Is delivered in a condition affecting freshness or usability,
You may be eligible for:
- Replacement, or
- Partial / Full refund, at our discretion, after verification
10. Changes or Cancellations
- Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once shipped
- Cancellation requests before shipment may be accepted

- Delays due to force majeure or logistics issues are not fully controllable
