At Dilisu.com (“Dilisu,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we aim to provide a smooth and fair shopping experience. Dilisu is a wholly owned subsidiary brand of Get ROI Systems, registered under the MSME Act, having registration number UDYAM-WB-18-0054611 and operated from its registered address 158, K. C. Bose Road, Subhashgram, Pragatipalli, Rajpur Sonarpur, Kolkata, 700147, West Bengal, India. This Return & Refund policy outlines how returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are handled across different product categories and services, including Dilisu Pay.
1. Eligibility for Returns (Non-Perishable Products)
For eligible non-food items (home, kitchen, electronics, etc.):
- Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- With original packaging, tags, and accessories
Returns may be rejected if items show signs of use or damage after delivery.
2. Food & Grocery Items (Special Clause)
Due to the perishable nature of food and grocery items:
- Returns are generally not accepted
However, you are eligible for replacement or refund if:
- The item is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, OR
- The order (within Kolkata) was:
- Significantly delayed beyond the committed delivery slot, AND
- Quality/freshness is affected
Important Conditions
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Proof (photos/videos) is required
- Resolution (refund/replacement) will be provided after verification
3. Digital Services (Dilisu Pay)
For services under Dilisu Pay (recharges, bill payments, etc.):
- All successful transactions are non-refundable
Refunds will only be considered if:
- The transaction fails, but the amount is deducted, OR
- There is a duplicate transaction due to a system error
Refund timelines depend on third-party providers such as:
- Reliance Jio
- Bharti Airtel
- Tata Play
- CESC Limited
Processing may take 5–10 business days or as per provider policies.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Supporting proof (if applicable)
If approved:
- Return instructions will be shared
- Pickup may be arranged (where available)
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after inspection and approval
- Timeline: 5–10 business days
- Refund mode:
- Original payment method, OR
- Bank transfer (for COD), OR
- Store credit (in some cases)
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- The request must be raised within 7 days
- Additional shipping charges may apply
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (unless eligible under Clause 2)
- Personal care or hygiene items
- Opened or used products
- Digital services (Dilisu Pay) after successful completion
- Items marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable
8. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photo/video proof
- Eligible for replacement or full refund after verification
9. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment/dispatch
- For food orders:
- Cancellation may not be possible once processing has started (within a 1-hour window)
10. Return Shipping Charges
- Free return if:
- Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Customer bears return shipping if:
- Return is due to personal preference
11. Refund Abuse & Fair Usage
We reserve the right to:
- Reject refund/return requests in case of misuse
- Limit or suspend accounts showing excessive return behaviour
