• Users must cooperate with delivery personnel
• Provide the correct address and contact details
• Ensure availability at the time of delivery

Misbehaviour or unsafe conduct toward delivery staff may lead to account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Dilisu.com (logos, designs, product listings, software, etc.) is owned or licensed by us. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or reuse content without permission
• Use our branding for unauthorised purposes

7. Suspension & Termination
